Hi, I'm Chinmay.
I run Optimized Growth out of Pune, India. Solo founder, technical builder, direct-response marketer. I started this company after watching too many local business owners get burned by agencies that charged five figures a month, ran a few Facebook ads, and disappeared.
Those agencies had it backwards. They sold "ads" when what their clients actually needed was a system. An ad without a landing page is a leak. A landing page without a follow-up sequence is a leak. A follow-up sequence without a CRM is a leak. By the time I was done counting, I realized most local businesses were running ten leaky funnels and calling it marketing.
So I spent a year building the system I wished those agencies had. Not just ads. The landing page, the email sequence, the CRM setup, the weekly optimization. Everything a business needs to turn a stranger into a paying customer, productized so we can deliver it in 14 days instead of 6 months.
That system now runs in three verticals across three continents. It has generated millions in revenue for clients, ranked 147 city pages on Google, and handed back hundreds of hours to founders who used to spend their evenings tweaking ad creative.
